        Actually, today could be classified as our first class on Educational Guidance and Tutorial Action, and in my case, the beginnings of my knowledge on this subject. 

        

        In order to prepare for the class we had to come up with a personal definition of what and how we would define this discipline of knowledge; taking into account certain documents attached to the Virtual Campus that aim to provide us with basic knowledge on how to create a good definition.        

The definition I create states that "Educational Guidance is a concomitant process to the teaching action itself which includes all the teaching staff zzand demands coworking with families in order to acquiring the complete and 360º development of the students. This will be achieved by personalizing and adapting the educational learning process to the characteristics of each pupil taking into account its surroundings."

        As my own reflection on today's class, I would like to talk about the pandemic, a topic that came up during the class and which has been controversial. 

My opinion for this topic is based on my own experiences according to this health problem. We are living in very complicated times that have caused serious changes in the pillars of our societies. 

As young people we must accept that things have been done wrong by our generation because we are not fully aware of the risks; but we are not solely and exclusively responsible. Social responsibility must go hand in hand with civic awareness. I believe that generalisation in all areas is unfair to minorities. 

Obviously we have not been a generation that has gone through wars, but in our experience, everything that is happening can be traumatic. Therefore, I think that invoking comparisons with past generations that have experienced major conflicts is futile. I would like to make it clear that I respect and value our elders very much but, problems can be evaluated in different ways and qualified with one severity or another.
