R-Dedos ··· Theory and practice

        With the intention of learning the theory of classroom organization and management, the teacher proposed an activity based on the R-Fingers theory (relax, the activity is not about the famous Star Wars character). 

The purpose of this protocol is to resolve a conflict where students have an argument and the teaching team has to intercede. The protocol has these steps:

R= relax

D= stop the aggression + calm down 

E = active listening

D = why is this occuring?

O = decide and offer the strategies to solve it

S  = get into a neutral solution
